I have decided to begin keeping a food diary. I know that there are many online food diaries to choose from, but I am still trying to decide which one fits my needs.
I began by signing up at http://www.fitday.com for a free account. It sounds good, but I had a problem right from the beginning. My first entry is for my brunch today.
