Fridays are a day to celebrate followers. Join one of the many Google Friend Connect Follow parties and introduce yourself to some new blogs. Friday Follow memes have been a great way for me to find new blogs every week. Granted there is nothing wrong with visiting the same blogs day after day. Three of my favorite blogs lately that are not on my sidebar are Hyperactive Lu,  Natural Baby Goods, and the new Oh My Sugar High baking blog!

With these and so many other fantastic blogs sending newsletters each day, it takes a bit of an excuse to get me to seek out new ones. The great thing about Follow-Back Friday Linkys is that I can use the excuse of gaining new followers as my reason for reading all these new blogs.

I follow the blogs that I like and hopefully they follow me back. At the same time, just for participating I have new people checking out my blog. I love my loyal readers, but they were all new at some point in time. Just the same, every blog I read regularly was once completely new to me.

Usually when I read a blog entry, all I get is a bit of knowledge about a person, product, or promotion and sometimes an entry into a giveaway. When I read a blog from a Friday Follow Linky, I am also finding new people that I may have something in common with. I am gaining followers, and hopefully a few friends along the way.

Each Friday several memes can help you to easily gain new followers and find new blogs to follow! Click on these buttons, add your website to the GFC Follow Linkys, and begin following people. Leave comments to let the website owners know where you found them, and they should follow you back.

Friday Follow memes are an excellent way to increase your GFC Following. All you have to do is visit the sites, include their buttons (usually) and add your blog to the linkys. Then, when somebody follows you and leaves a comment, follow them back. Through these Friday memes, I have gained numerous followers and found many blogs that I now read regularly. Join the fun and be sure to comment!
