When our son Zen is in a shopping cart or stroller, we usually let him have a sippy cup with him. Usually the cup will get dropped numerous times before we finish our shopping trip, library excursion, etc.  This typically results in us bending down, picking it up, cleaning the spout with baby wipes and then handing it back to Zen. Of course, Zen is always eager to explore cause and effect by dropping the cup as soon as it reaches the grasp of his tiny little fingers. That is why I was eager to try Sippy Stuffs new Sippy Strap!

The Sippy Strap is an adjustable harness for your child’s sippy cup. It is easily snapped to shopping carts, strollers, high chairs, and baby carriers to prevent the cups from hitting the floor. Parents and caregivers no longer have to strain their backs every time  they hear the detestable sound of a cup striking the ground. Whenever a sippy cup is dropped, the Sippy Strap allows it to be quickly hoisted back to the child.   This also prevents the annoyance of losing cups underneath pieces of furniture.

I  am glad to no longer have to frantically search for lost sippy cups while Zen cries about it. Those lost cup incidents afflicted my mind almost as much as the bending over tortured my back. The Sippy Secure Strap has helped preserve my sanity while potentially saving me untold sums of money in future chiropractor bills. I also love that the strap is safe for babies.

The Sippy Secure Strap is BPA Free. The velcro is very durable but not rough, so it will not scratch your child. The non-bulky metal rings and snaps are rust resistant. The strap itself is made of a naturally mildew-resistant material that is very strong and should last for years. Overall, this is a high-quality item that comes in a choice of several vibrant colors or black.

I chose a pumpkin patch orange strap, but for a very affordable $6.99 each, I may decide to order several more in a variety of colors. Ordering is very easy at Sippy Stuff, and they have a nice selection of other cool and inventive sippy-related products to browse through.
